Carnevil – Lockdown Ottawa

Overall, we liked the room because the decor was decent and the puzzles were enjoyable. It can be scary for kids, but it’s really not too bad. It’s better suited for smaller groups of 2-3 people. We are happy with our performance although we completed the room just in time but asked for only 1 hint! We liked it, and we escaped!

The last laugh – Perplexity escape games

Overall, we highly recommend trying this escape room — the immersion is amazing, the set design is believable, and the puzzles are fun to solve. We don’t suggest doing it with young kids because the atmosphere is quite intense and scary at times. We recommend playing it with a group of 2 or 3 people. We feel fine about our performance — we escaped in a decent time with 2 hints. We loved it and we escaped!

Back to the mummy – Roundabout

Overall, we had a good time despite the low difficulty level. This room is ideal for beginners and families with kids, and it works best with smaller groups of two to three players. We were pleased with our performance because we completed the room quickly, used only one hint, and even made it onto the leaderboard. We liked it and we escaped!

L’atelier du Père-Noël – Déserteur jeu d’évasion (In French only)

Overall, we enjoyed this room for its beautiful set design and entertaining puzzles. However, we felt the puzzle flow could be smoother to improve the overall experience. It’s a family-friendly room, best suited for groups of four players. While we did escape in time, we weren’t entirely happy with our performance—we needed four hints! Still, we liked it and we escaped!
