We finish our day at Confined in Calgary with Alice in 3D. In this scenario, you fall down the rabbit hole into a very strange place where things are incredibly distorted. Reality is somehow altered, and things are not as they seem: you are in Wonderland! You must keep your cool and understand what is happening in this crazy adventure to escape before the time runs out. We love the Alice and wonderland theme for escape room but for this one, we think it’s a bit generic and missing a unique twist.
For this 3D escape game, you need to wear special glasses to see the special effects. The 3D effect is well done and quite impressive. There are several rooms, but since the decor is very similar in each room, we’re missing the surprise factor a little. The immersion was decent in this escape game, but I think our expectations were higher with the 3D effect.

The puzzles were original and all related to the theme, but they were not too complex. It mainly consists of traditional locks. Hints are given on a television screen when you ask for them aloud. It’s not our favorite method, but it’s not the worst either. The game master stops the time while writing the clue which is appreciated.
Overall, we liked this escape game because this room was beautiful, colorful and fun. The room is ideal for families and small groups. We are satisfied with our performance because we finished with a good time and asking for only 1 clue. We liked it and we escaped!
