Create the Cure was the last room that we’ve done at Think Tank Escape Room! In this scenario, humanity is under the menace of the virus LJAX20. As part of the CDC’s elite team, we are holding the key to salvation as we know an underground laboratory that has the antidote. Rogue scientists plot to sell the antidote on the black market and destroy it afterward. We have one hour before the malefactors return and start their evil plan. We liked the scenario as it’s classic and has a clear goal.
The decors were well done with many scientific equipment. This time, there were two rooms in the game, which is great. The decors were a classic lab that could have been a bit more developed, but they did a decent job. We also enjoyed the background music.

The puzzles were fun to solve and had a nice variety. It was mostly traditional locks and a couple of automatic mechanisms. There were a lot of puzzles, and they were all related to the theme. The only downside is that two puzzles didn’t work out, and the game master had to come in to fix them. The last puzzle of the room has multiple steps and is hard, and it was our favorite! The hints were given on a screen, which is great.
Overall, this was a fun room with good decors and great puzzles! It’s family-friendly and better suited for smaller groups of 2-3 people. We are happy with our performance because we completed the room with time to spare and didn’t ask for any hints. We liked it and we escaped!
