We continue our day at Escape! Whistler with Pinball machine. In this scenario, we decide to sneak into the old, run-down 1980‘s video game arcade across town with our friends. While looking around, we notice a vintage Pinball machine at the back and we find a small book with a bunch of cheat code for old video games. Suddenly, something happens and we are transported inside the Pinball Machine. We must now play the game to escape the machine and go back home! This theme is so unique and playful! We loved the storyline and the goals were very clear.

The decors were truly impressive in this escape game. You’ll actually have a little surprise as to where you’ll enter the second room. I don’t want to give any spoilers but I was really impressed with how they decorated the second and third room as it made 100% sense with the story line. They also cleverly used the ceiling in the second room.

The puzzles were all related to the theme of video games. Moreover, they were mainly manipulation games. Usually, we prefer when there’s a variety in the types of puzzles, but in this case, we found that it was ideal with the theme. Hints were given using a walkie-talkie, which isn’t our favorite method, but it’s not the worst.

Overall, we’re satisfied with our performance because we finished with a good time and only asked for 1 clue. We recommend this room, as it will please everyone and you’ll have fun for sure! It’s the perfect room for families and small groups of 2-3 people. We loved it and we escaped!
