Knight templar : search for the ark – Labyrinth escape games

This escape room is the first and only room we tried at this location. In this scenario,  we have to get into the templar vault before the Illuminati in order to protect the most prized possession of the covenant. We liked the scenario as it’s well written with a clear goal.

The decor is nicely done but not extraordinary. The first room is a standard office and the last room is a bit weird and doesn’t match the theme that well. One great thing is that we have no idea where the door leading to the second room is. Which will surprise everyone for sure!

The puzzles are good and some of them are related to the theme. They are mostly logic puzzles with a good balance between locks and automatic mechanisms. But I think they could have exploit the theme better with the puzzles as well as with the decor in general.

To ask for a hint, we are using a walkie talkie and ask for help. The game master will come into the room and help you which completely disturb the immersion. But at least they can help you exactly where you are at with your puzzle. 

Overall, we liked this escape room but we were not that impress with it. I think they could have done more with everything. It’s a good room for beginners but don’t have your expectations too high if you have done many. You’ll have fun solving the puzzles though. We liked it okay and we escaped!
