Escape with Usavich was the last room we played that morning at Mayze Escape. In this scenario, you and your friends are peacefully watching cartoons at home when suddenly you are sucked into the television and transported into a bizarre animated world. Before you can even understand what is happening, you find yourselves locked inside a jail cell by a strange warden. Now trapped inside this chaotic cartoon universe, you must find a way to escape. We really liked the scenario because it is cute and very original. It stands out from more traditional escape room themes.
The décor was nice overall but felt worn and slightly overused. There was a large hole in one wall, and several objects showed visible damage. While we loved the colorful cartoon aesthetic and exaggerated style, the room could have benefited from more accessories and decorative elements to make it feel fuller and more immersive. It also seemed like it was due for a deep clean. On the positive side, one of the hidden doors genuinely surprised us. We had no idea what was about to open, which was a great moment. The music playing during the game added energy and helped reinforce the playful atmosphere.

The puzzles were fun and all connected to the theme. There was a mix of traditional locks and automatic mechanisms. We felt there were not quite enough puzzles overall, and one in particular was misleading. The damaged wall made it seem like we were supposed to hit it, which caused some confusion. Still, many of the ideas behind the puzzles were clever and creative, even if not all of them landed perfectly. The variety of logic was solid, and most challenges were enjoyable to work through. Hints were provided by the game master through a walkie talkie.
Overall, we did not enjoy this room as much as others mainly because of the worn décor and a few weaker puzzle moments. However, the theme itself is original and different from what you usually see. It is a family friendly game and better suited for groups of two to three people. We completed the room quickly but needed two hints. We liked it okay and we escaped!
