Da Vinci’s office – Confundrum Escape rooms

This room is about Leonardo Da Vinci’s work and our goal is to find his secret. We are sneaking in his office and we have 60 minutes to figure it out before the guards find us! I’ve always been fascinated by Da Vinci so this room was perfect for me! I think that the theme is unique and intriguing! 

The decor is well done as it looks like we traveled back in time to end up in Da Vinci’s real office! Every little objects remind us of Da Vinci. I was really impressed with the decor but the only thing disappointing was that it’s only one room. I always prefer when there is more than one room to explore. And knowing Da Vinci, he would have been the kind of person to have a secret room in his office.

The puzzles were great as there was a lot of them and they were all related to the theme. It was mostly traditional locks and not automatic mechanisms. We had trouble with the first puzzle and lost a lot of time there! But we were able to catch up after that. There’s a great flow between the puzzles and it was quite straight forward after that. 

The way to give hints is good as we receive them live on a big screen. The game master can give us hints exactly where we are at and what we need. We just need to talk loud when we need one.

It’s a room that we liked and recommend! There was a lot of puzzles that were all fun to solve and the decor will make you travel in time! It’s nice for both beginners and for more experienced escape artists! We liked it and we escaped!
