We continue our day with Hockey Fans United at Lockdown in Ottawa. In this scenario, the big day has finally arrived! You’ve arrived at the arena with your tickets in hand and are excited to watch the Lockdown Cup final. However, they have lost the cup, and it’s up to you to help find it, since you’re a big hockey fan. If you don’t succeed, the match will be canceled. The theme is unique and different, and the goal is very clear.
The decor is very realistic and believable in this room. There had some great ideas to create a sense of grandeur despite the small rooms. We loved their creativity and never saw decors like that with this theme anywhere else. There is music playing during the game, but we didn’t understand the connection to hockey. Unfortunately, the rooms are poorly soundproofed, and you need to bring your personal belongings with you into the room. Despite this, the immersion is still pretty good.

The puzzles are original, logical, and all related to the theme. There are a lot of puzzles in each room. It’s not linear, so you can solve several at the same time. It’s a nice mix of locks, automatic mechanisms, and manipulation puzzles. The hints are provided by the game master via a walkie-talkie.
We recommend this room, as the scenario is original, and the puzzles are really enjoyable to solve. It’s a perfect room for families or a small group of 2-3 people! We’re very satisfied with our performance, as we completed it in excellent time without asking for any hints. We highly recommend it, we loved it, and we succeeded!
