The last escape room that we’ve done at Sauve qui peut was the Vortex future. We were excited initially as we liked all the other rooms at this location! And 2 family members joined us to do that room so it was going to be fun!
In this scenario, we are chosen by the government to travel to 2089 to infiltrate a space station that revolve around earth. Unfortunately, the space station is malfunctioning and we are the only one that can fix it. We have 1hr before we run out of power in the station. Are we going to repair the station in time?

Before starting the game, we have to listen to the long video with all the rules and the story. The decors were nice and well done. The immersion was great as well as it felt like we were stuck in a space station.
The puzzles were all machines with random games that are mostly trial and error. It’s not the kind of puzzles that we like especially when it’s the only type of puzzle for the whole room. There were a huge amount of machines so we were glad to be 5 people. And since they were all games, they weren’t helping us with hints.
Overall, we didn’t really like this escape room but if you are a fan of trial and error type of games, then this is the perfect room for you! We are still ashamed to this day of our performance as we didn’t escape and didn’t have time to reach the last room. We didn’t like it and didn’t escape either!
